Make sure you return the item in unused condition. The original packaging is also required.
If the return is not connected with high quality Hermes bags, only the client is responsible of the return shipping fees. Besides, we are plenipotentiary to charge a restocking fee per product. Restocking fees amount USD 30 per Hermes bag.
If the return is connected with a Hermes bag high quality, all return shipping fees are compensated by us. The defective product is exchanged solely at our expenses.

Warranty claims cover all manufacturers’ defects. In case the product is defective in nature, we will re-send you the exact same model immediately. In case the model is out of stock, you will be able to choose another one of the same cost.
